Of the presented choices, Aragorn. I'd have picked either Halbarad or Éomer as a 2nd choice. Or maybe Elladan or Elrohir.

I'd like to be myself** living in ME, in the Shire if that were possible (which it isn't because the King has forbidden it), so maybe near Bree or the Grey Havens.

**I have never been able to envision myself as a particular character or someone else... maybe that's a personal shortcoming (one of many), showing a lack of imagination.
Yet, I could be A soldier of Gondor, or AN elf or one of the Rohirrim (but not a dwarf or Hobbit...or Ent)

Well as Smeagol/Gollum can quite clearly be seen as two separate characters, his share of the vote should actually be 11%.
No way can he be tied last with the Dwarf.

Out of the presented options, Smeagol/Gollum I think would be funny, but it would probably be impractical. In a more serious choice, probably Aragorn.

Hmm, pretty much the opposite for me. I found the Shire to be absolutely beautiful, even if inside of a hobbit hole really isn't all that great of a place to live (the plumbing wasn't functional last I checked). Personally, I can't wait to leave the desert whenever I can (unless its camping). If I had an option other than the presented characters, probably Eowyn.
