This would be my first post and I'm going to start with something quite 'heavy'.
By heavy I don't just mean heavy metal.. I truly believe the album Nightfall in Middle Earth by the German Metal band Blind...
I was just looking through some old threads and saw this in someone's signature, and looked up some lyrics. I love metal, and didn't know about this band. Some of their songs are influenced by Tolkien's work. Does anyone know any other bands or groups that sing based on Tolkien's stuff...
Which are your impressions of these ideas (part of the letter #54, 08.01.1994)? Do they have any personal significance for you? I find them truly inspirational
They're a European band. Kinda like heavy Metal in a way, but they're really freaking good. They sing alot about the Silmarillion and LotR.
