    How much influence did Ingwë had as the High 👑king of all 🧝Elves?

    I was wondering...we know that Ingwë was considered the High king of all the elves in Valinor...how much influence he had on the politics of other clans? Could he have stopped the host of the Noldor from leaving? Was it just a ceremonic title?
