Hi. The second commander of Nazguls is Khamul we know. According to unfinished tales; Khamul is called Black Easterling and Shadow of th East. But I don’t know certainly where he is from formerly. Do you know where he is from? Rhun? And do you know him skin colour, hair- eye colour etc? Thanks:)
