Once Upon A Time, Far Away
Éowyn was starting to get mightily annoyed.
The young (he looked young, even if he was not) elf was good looking, she would give him that, but even that could not be enough reasons as to why Éowyn should...
After Celegorm and Curufin left Nargothrond, Celebrimbor stayed. Did he only leave when it was destroyed, or was it earlier? And did he immediately go build Eregion, or were there any events in between?
I was researching which Elven kingdom after the Battle of Unnumbered Tears had the strongest defense, which unsurprisingly ended up being a debate between Menegroth and Gondolin with Nargothrond being left behind, but through that discussion, I was able to read a lot of their points on why, with...
Is Glaurung ever specifically stated to be stronger than say, the Balrogs? I'm writing a paper, and wondering why Morgoth would send Glaurung specifically to Nargothrond when he could have sent any number of Balrogs, or even Sauron, who I believe was at Angband at the time. any insight would be...

I'm thinking there would have been a huge battle at Tol Sirion, which may have still resulted in Finrod's death and perhaps Beren's capture. Would it have...
Unfinished Tales
Thus Gwindor spoke. How do you suppose the Elves of Nargothrond prophecied this? And when they did do you think that they thought it would be one of the Edain? Do you think that they even thought that the messenger would be guided by a Silmaril? What do you think of this...
