So what happened to souls of corrupted beings like Smaug ,dragons as they were corrupted forms by Morgoth as he couldn’t create lives, so I mean what about dragons, were they ainurs,or more like unknown beings like dwarfs .

ok, that's a lot of questions at once.

First, dwarfs weren't unknown beings, they were created by Aule, but Aule couldn't give them souls, they would just imitate his own moves. He repented of having disobeyed Iluvatar and attempted to destroy his creation, but Iluvatar took pity of him and gave the dwarfs a soul, but put them to sleep until the elves were awaken.

About the dragons, we don't really know their nature or how Morgoth made them. There are theories that they were originally serpents that were enhanced by Morgoth and that possibly they were inhabited by evil spirits, like werewolves and some trees (e.g. old man willow), they could have possibly be corrupted Ainur like the Balrogs, but nobody knows for sure and sometimes we easily fall in the trap, if we don't know they are Ainur, which isn't necessarily true.

There is a fair share of unknowns in the first age and many of them are intentional, so we will really never know. Ungoliant being probably the clearest example, but also others like Tom Bombadil, the stone giants, the lake guardian just to give some examples.

At least as far as the Orcs are concerned, there is this passage in text VIII of Myths Transformed (note the final sentence):
But Finrod probably went too far in his assertion that Melkor could not wholly corrupt any work of Eru, or that Eru would (necessarily) interfere to abrogate the corruption, or to end the being of His own creatures because they had been corrupted and fallen into evil.
It remains therefore terribly possible there was an Elvish strain in the Orcs. These may then even have been mated with beasts (sterile!) – and later Men. Their life-span would be diminished. And dying they would go to Mandos and be held in prison till the End (Morgoth’s Ring, p. 411).
