I tried Bing's AI image creator and typed "Japanese Frodo Baggisn" into the prompt. This is the result (face & hair looks quite a lot like the PJ Frodo):

.... plus Frodo with "the nine fingers" became Frodo with "the eleven fingers". 😃

I put the word 'Fëanor' alone into Bing's image creator, and it came up with this. There's just something about it, I dunno.

I did the same for just 'Maedhros' too.

Instead of losing a hand, it appears he's gained two more arms. Still, it almost looks more like a symbolic choice rather than a mistake.

Yeah, I thought it was striking, instead of just outright bizarre like AI images can sometimes be. But then I guess I appreciate spooky things, so it looked cool to me.

Spooky:

MW - strange, unsettling, or frightening in a way that suggests the supernatural
Cambridge - strange and frightening:
Oxford - strange and frightening
some Others - creepy, ghostly

MWs - (Merriam Webster's) little addition of 'in a way suggesting the supernatural' is instructive, and I think, appealing.

While MW sadly inserts use of an "unnecessary 'that'" in its definition, it rightly uses 'or' rather than 'and'... a distinction of note and important to @Server Room Gremlin's response.
