🎶 The Official TTF Music Thread! 🎶

From the video description:

Jefferson Airplane singing their rather chaotic song 'House at Pooneil Corners' from the rooftop of the Hotel Shuyer in New York City on a freezing morning around 7am on November 19th 1968 when one of the earliest pop-up rooftop 'concerts' occurred. Marty calls out over his live mic, "Hello New York! New York! Wake up!! Free music! Nice songs! Free love!” Jack Cassidy then rumbles the cityscape with the opening bass line as they start into the song. I like this clip as it has bits of interviews with Marty Balin and Paul Kantner from 2012. They both have since passed away.

This is exactly what I imagine the dwarves sounding like (Not the last one of course, I just like that one):

Just a reminder that we have a thread dedicated to "Middle-earth music" -- whatever you consider that to be:

Any additions like the first two you linked would be most welcome! 😊

Meanwhile, for those who followed the -- seemingly interminable -- discussion around IU's "Love Wins All" music video I posted here some time ago, she gave a live performance with a very different flavor at the final concert of her first world tour:
I think it's significant that, though it was filmed last September 22nd, she didn't upload it until December 4th, the day martial law was declared. That evening, she had her company deliver hot food and drinks and hand warmers to protesters.

For those who may have missed the discussion, and are interested, my post of the original music video -- and the followup discussion -- begins here:

I forgot about that thread.

I just posted The song of Durin there. The dwarvish misty mountains cold had already been posted.
