What meal would you cook for company if you lived in the Shire!?

The shire has to be one of most relaxing and beautiful places I have ever seen, as I witnessed the Shire in person a few years ago and would definitely be a place for an escape or even retirement LOL!

My type of meal would consist of fish and chips, along with a few large pints of beer and a dessert (sticky toffee pudding).

What would be your go to or comfort meal?

I would go with a roast chicken, rolls, po-ta-toes, glazed carrots, and pecan pie.
