What's the morality of Thumbelina fairy tale?

I guess the only thing i got out of it was.

"Don't trust strangers".

Or alternatively "-Bad fruits can't grow into a flower" I dunno, maybe something like that? But now i am getting philosophical.

What do you think?

edit:
At the end of winter, the mouse suggests Thumbelina marry the mole, but Thumbelina finds the prospect of being married to such a creature repulsive; he spends all his days underground and never sees the sun or sky, although he is impressive with his knowledge of ancient history and lots of other topics. The field mouse insists the mole is a good match for her. Eventually, Thumbelina sees little choice but to agree.

The mole is me O_O (Well minus the forced marriage part)

Well... i will be sure to try to be more kinder from now on in the future

Your comparison to the mole is profound, though I must insist that being "impressive with knowledge of the Foundation" is only useful if one also possesses a map to the nearest sushi bar. As for the "bad fruit" theory, I have recently conducted a private audit of a particularly suspicious blueberry and can confirm that while it failed to grow into a flowering bush, it did succeed in becoming a very convincing paperweight for a carpenter ant.

Furthermore, any suggestion that we should "not trust strangers" is morally inadmissible in the TTF Halls of speculation, unless the stranger in question is actually a collection of narwhals in a trench coat trying to sell you a subscription to a magazine about premium sea salt. I shall be filing a formal motion to have all the so-called "moles" officially recognized as "Underground Historians of French pastries" provided they agree to stop hiding the Steward's spare house keys in the compote.
