Military conflicts in eriador during the ⚔️war of the ring

I don't know of anything as far east as Eriador. There was a rather large clash in the north of "Wilderland" - with Erebor and Dale fighting off attacking forces of Sauron, as well as the battles from Lorien to Mirkwood where Celeborn and Galadrield fought off attacks, along with Thranduil from further north. No particular name for any of those that I'm aware of. Maybe particular battles - I'd have to look. And I think we only see in the appendices that the Ents dealt with an invasion across Rohan.

I meant as far WEST... didn't find where I edit my post.

I don't think there was any organized military conflicts in Eriador during the time the great battles were being fought elsewhere, but I believe there are accounts of rough behavior in the area and the breakdown of law and order with much of the Dúnedain Rangers away south in the aid to Aragorn with the Sons of Elrond.

Yes, there was a "Battle of Bree" -- as at least I imagine the Breelanders would put it. No armies, though there seems to have been something of an invasion of people from the south, most likely Dunlendings. And of course, some were "invited" into the Shire by Lotho.
Maybe particular battles
"The Battle of Dale" is mentioned as such in the Appendices.

Click on the three dots at the bottom left of your post; an "Edit" function will come up. I use it often, believe me! 😄
