In my travels, I have indeed sampled heart once—though not of people, mind you. It was from a creature on Glorfnar-6, roughly the size of a buffalo and shaped like a blobfish. Its heart beat three times after I swallowed it, then politely asked for afternoon tea with Swiss cheese toast. Flavor-wise, it was somewhere between raisins and overripe strawberry jam.

Still, I can respect a diet of enemies. Builds character. And possibly cholesterol.
