Redamancy: returning the love of someone who loves you.

Sounds like a magic word.

Sounds like a magic word.

The general classification of a certain type of effect. 🤔The overall concept of prestidigitation itself is zoomed out in the sense this would be the general classification of a certain type of effect, as you say.
Yes, of a sort; that is correct thinking! You are getting closer along the right track.Does the word have to do with magical effects of any kind?
Yes, indeed.Perhaps, magical effects of a specific kind?
It appears to be like magic, but it is more an effect.I ask this one because I want to find out where my line of correct thinking lies, whether in the "magical" or "effects", or both.
That is correct! Indeed, knowing your roots is a great asset to have!Sleight -of -hand...doing something that appears as if it's magic (something happening with no discernible cause) but the effect is achieved by "the hand being quicker than the eye"
If you think I cheated by looking it up...N.B. Prestidigitation **... digits are fingers ... on the hand 😉
Numbers are called digits because early humans counted on their fingers.
** Latin can be so useful... I recommend learning it if only for the fun you can have with it 😁
What are the other three?Looks like I have a fourth language to add to my learning goals!
Yeah... there was this guy that lived a long time ago in ancient times, like maybe a hundred years ago. That is correct! Indeed, knowing your roots is a great asset to have!
Words are so much fun. 😄
Welsh, German, and Scottish Gaelic. I have strong familial connection to the first and third, and many literature connections as well. What are the other three?
Very cool... But do not attempt to play Scrabble in either Welsh or German... you will quickly run out tiles.Welsh, German, and Scottish Gaelic. I have strong familial connection to the first and third, and many literature connections as well.
German is also a lovely language, and one I've known bits of for a long time.
I should have said "the other four", though, because I forgot to mention I also want to learn ASL, and have started with an app recently.
