I think it looks fine. Afterall, Minas Tirith was built into the side of Mindolluin.

Minas Tirith looks great! I just don't think the walls should be that high.

I disagree. Minas Tirith was the city of guard, and each wall was a concentric defensive stronghold in its own right. Even to get to the next gate, an attacker would have to run the length of the wall (as there would have been little space for scaling equipment) under the fire of the wall's defenders.
