Drawing Characters and help

[ZehnWaters]

So I have two pictures that match characters but could use with a little colour modification. Is anyone good with photoshop or the like?

Denethor needs his blue shirt made green and Rómestamo needs his red clothes turned the same shade they already are but blue.

I think maybe on Rómestamo, more like this (someone made this for me a long time ago but it's really small and doesn't show off his love of tea).
