Hair Dye, Cloning and General Epic Chaoticness

Welcome to the Chaotic RP of TTF! This is a fun, spontaneous, lighthearted, and most importantly, chaotic RP which is available to anyone who wishes to join. While our primary goal is to have fun, we have a few rules in order to keep some method to the madness.
  • Firstly, each character belongs to their respective TTF user. In other words, you can't write for a character if someone else has claimed that character. If you're new to the thread, please ask the group which characters are available before you claim one.
  • Even though this thread is chaotic and spontaneous, we do have a storyline going. If you're new to the thread, please read the most recent few pages, or more, so you're caught up on what's going on.
  • Make sure to interact with other people's characters. Don't just go off and write your own thing without interacting with anybody.
  • Don't completely ignore or change the storyline.
  • At the same time, please be flexible if someone introduces a new turn of the plot. This is not a carefully planned RP, and it needs to have flexibility for any chaotic new thing someone comes up with (within reason-- it does need to connect to the main story at least loosely).
  • If you are writing for multiple characters, use a script format to indicate which character is speaking. Use asterisks* to denote action. For example:
    • Maitimo: *tries to shake Celeraccoon off his arm* STOP BITING ME, TYELKO!
  • Try to keep spam to a minimum. I would define "spamming" in this thread as writing more than a page over the course of a few hours. (This can be a tough one to follow, I know.) But spamming makes it hard for other people to keep up.
  • At the same time, if you're going to be absent for an extended period of time, we recommend writing your character out temporarily (such as having them disappear or go somewhere) so other people can continue while you're gone.
That's all I can think of for now. If you have any questions or need any help, please feel free to ask!

I've been displaced. *Pouts and turns to Curufin.* Would you have me? You also get a free language bonus.
*Sighs in endeared and slowly divides herself into two groups. The one half which waits for Curvo bends her head towards him. The other crawls slo-o-owly up Maitimo to reach the red bundle of cleanliness.*
*having thought about it for a while, Curufin nods slowly*
Alright. I'm sure the experience will be interesting at the very least.
*holds out his hand to Laurinalótë*

You can practice with Yaulofinwë to get your stamina up.
Well, from experience... that works, but it doesn't. While it will get you used to the feeling of little tiger claws and teeth, your skin cannot be trained to not get broken. So... uh. When you feel the claws and teeth of a big tiger, you will... scream less? Probably? But still be horrendously physically damaged.

That's where we go our own ways, brother.
*looks suddenly thoughtful*
Yeah, for some reason whenever Tyelko gets mauled, he avoids fatal injury. I don't know how he does it.

A correct assessment. 😁
Your assessment couldn't be any more correct. 😏

There’s something in the air of my chaos that just isn’t like yours!
...
...
*mutters darkly* This is true.

It’s more… valiant than yours?
I wouldn't call it that, exactly. It's a bit more 'like hitching a ride with Arien in her sun boat'.

Whereas you, it doesn’t matter as much if it’s right or wrong. If you want to do it, you do it!
*nods sagely*
That's pretty much how it goes.

And that is the danger of being too passionate.
Oh, it is very dangerous. But somehow I've survived. *grins at Tyelko*

*holds out his hand to Laurinalótë*
*Laurinalótë climbs up his arm and nestles into his hair.* Ah, always nice to gain a new perspective.

Oh, I am sorry for your experience then. The most I've ever been injured is when my lady and lord got a little... active... and rolled into my patch. In the days when I was not sentient, of course.

*Yavanna and Aulë exchange a chagrined look. Even the regular plants could bear witness to their... especially passionate moments. Aulë clears his throat, changing the focus.*

A correct assessment. 😁

Thank you, I appreciate the affirmation.

(Also, is that some dark humor from you, Glorfy? You may have an Evil Twin streak in you yet!)
(I laughed cause I thought you meant it to be funny, and it simply was funny. So yes, there's my dark humor. And who said I didn't have my evil twin side buried under all the good twinness? 👀 )

Laurinalotë, you are a very nice flower, but that is TMI.

*Maitimo shakes his head, trying to rid himself of the mental picture*

(I guess I intended it to go either way. 😂 Funny or not, it's a true fact regardless. But, I'm always down for dark humor!)

Laurinalotë, you are a very nice flower, but that is TMI.
Laurinalótë: Does it make it better if I added they did have all their clothes on?

Yavanna, Aulë: NO!

Yavanna: Let us now talk of other things. Is anyone truly injured, and I can heal them?

*Curufin makes a noise somewhere between a choke and a snort*

Laurinalotë, you are a very nice flower, but that is TMI.
*voice cracking a little from suppressed laughter*
Come now, Nelyo, she is allowed to recount her near-death experiences just as much as the rest of us.

*now that his laughter has died down, the mental image is creeping up on Curufin*
*inhales*
*quite casually* Does anyone have some mind bleach I can borrow?

*nods through the haze of blissful oblivion*

*opens one eye* Ah. I think it's gone.

*passes the bottle* Have at it, brother.
If you know it's gone, doesn't it mean you still remember it was there? Then how is it gone? I don't think it's gone.

Just man up and cope with it like me. You haven't walked in our parents doing this, at least....

*Shudders and curls into to a ball, hugging his knees. Tiny, who is sitting on his head, starts singing*
