Hair Dye, Cloning and General Epic Chaoticness

Welcome to the Chaotic RP of TTF! This is a fun, spontaneous, lighthearted, and most importantly, chaotic RP which is available to anyone who wishes to join. While our primary goal is to have fun, we have a few rules in order to keep some method to the madness.
  • Firstly, each character belongs to their respective TTF user. In other words, you can't write for a character if someone else has claimed that character. If you're new to the thread, please ask the group which characters are available before you claim one.
  • Even though this thread is chaotic and spontaneous, we do have a storyline going. If you're new to the thread, please read the most recent few pages, or more, so you're caught up on what's going on.
  • Make sure to interact with other people's characters. Don't just go off and write your own thing without interacting with anybody.
  • Don't completely ignore or change the storyline.
  • At the same time, please be flexible if someone introduces a new turn of the plot. This is not a carefully planned RP, and it needs to have flexibility for any chaotic new thing someone comes up with (within reason-- it does need to connect to the main story at least loosely).
  • If you are writing for multiple characters, use a script format to indicate which character is speaking. Use asterisks* to denote action. For example:
    • Maitimo: *tries to shake Celeraccoon off his arm* STOP BITING ME, TYELKO!
  • Try to keep spam to a minimum. I would define "spamming" in this thread as writing more than a page over the course of a few hours. (This can be a tough one to follow, I know.) But spamming makes it hard for other people to keep up.
  • At the same time, if you're going to be absent for an extended period of time, we recommend writing your character out temporarily (such as having them disappear or go somewhere) so other people can continue while you're gone.
That's all I can think of for now. If you have any questions or need any help, please feel free to ask!

Strict probation, huh? Why are you letting him anywhere near me then? He's the last person I want to see! Actually, second to last, right behind Morgoth. Doesn't even seem sorry he tortured me either.
It was beyond my control...

Laurinalótë: Since the jig is up, I don't suppose you can tell us how you, a Vala, can be at a loss.

Yavanna: There is One who can overrule us.

Huh. It's the One's orders. I can't harm any of you, unfortunately.
*Laurinalótë levels him her best angry flower look, her petals flaring* Sounds very rehabilitory.

*to the Valar* am I allowed to give him a solid punch in the face? Pretty please? 🥺 It's still way less than what he did to me.
Fautuatar: He may welcome it. Sauron has never been more playful.

Yavanna: Never thought I would see the day he resorts to Elfling tactics.

And you expect me to believe you're sorry when you say stuff like that?!

Um...I'm not sorry for torturing you but for you being hurt.

Go at it Russandol. You can't hurt me much anyway.

That's a MAJOR contradiction right there.

Go at it Russandol. You can't hurt me much anyway.
Well that defeats the purpose! I want to hurt you at least a little!

...Though I can't deny it does sound appealing to smack you in the face regardless of how much pain you will or won't feel from it.

*has managed to sneak up behind Sauron*
*gives him a mighty whack to the back of the head, knocking him to the ground*
That's for Tyelpe.

*crouches down, pointing his dagger close to Sauron's throat*
*quietly but menacingly* You most definitely were acting alone then. And you're just lucky there are Valar present. Otherwise, I'd have used much more than my hand on you.

Laurinalótë: And what will my Valië and her husband do in response to this, hmmm? Surely not what they did before my sister's favorite person's child friend showed up on their doorstep.

Fautuatar: I sense an insult amidst all those words.

Yavanna: How discerning you are!

Fautuatar: Thank you, Mrs. Fautuatar.

I have an eternal contract with the company so if the printer broke down,i'll get a new one right away!
Curufin considers whether he really wants to spend the rest of his life dismantling printer after printer until the end of Arda, just to spite this vile spirit.
He finally decides... no. Though he would be a right pain in the incorporeal backside to the abhorred one, his pride is stronger than his spite and he will not enslave himself to such a (frankly lame) task.

*rolls his eyes and sighs in exasperation, but does not respond*
*looks to the side, thoughtfully*

Celebrimbor deserves better than some petty retribution, anyway.

*gives a harsh chuckle instead, addressing the room in general, derisively gesturing at the Maia*
Can you believe this guy?

I mean I don't believe myself sometimes so I don't blame them if they didn't.
You’re right. I don’t believe you.

*still bristling at the sight of Sauron, knowing what he did to Maitimo, Fingon bares his teeth in a threatening way, revealing his fangs* *holds the hot glue gun and extra pom-poms in a ready stance, just in case*

*still feeling murderous, avoids looking at Sauron in order to keep most of his cool*
*keeps a casual smirk on his face, but his voice is somewhat pained* Don't hold back now, son of Nolofinwë. If he makes one wrong move, stick him with those.
*eyes going a bit distant in the effort to keep his perilous mood in check*
A second wrong move, and I'll be sticking him with something else, Valar present or no.
