I found one cure for depression

Might be silly. But i figured it out. After i watched "Naruto Shippuden The movie 2007". And i dont even like Naruto anymore. But i am going on this nostalgia lane, so i decided to see all the movies i ordered.

But what i found, when watching it. Was one imagery in the movie, that recalled my thoughts of all the positive, happy and greatest memory of my life, youth and growing. So after seeing that, my depression vanished.

When it comes to long time depression, that never truly heals at once. As Chuck Norris said in "Walker Texas Ranger". (With time and healing and love, things will get better)
I figured, maybe it was getting rid of the baggage on the way.

But the one to finally kill off depression. Is honestly to find a memory that you can recall all the best moments of your life with. You may be thinking. Why didnt it work for "Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter" etc? Because they arent personified memories. I think a memory you hold dear, is something that cant be twisted by psychological warfare. Its something you cherish, something you had to experience once in your life growing up. If you can recall that, then the depression will be gone.

Hope that makes sense. I wonder what you think?
