What do you think are the themes, lessons and conclusions that the reader can reach when reading about what happened at the Music of Creation, and at following the process of how it developed in time?

Before the physical world got shaped, the blueprint already existed within the mind of Eru Iluvatar. Therefore, this is an implication that spirit precedes matter and what the creatures on Arda see is not a matter of random events, but a reality that originates from higher intelligence, and with a greater purpose that follows the Law, both cause-and-effect, physical laws (gravity, density, etc. you know), and the law of righteousness for the holy virtues.
Each Ainur contributes with a unique theme that is part of the whole. They are not meant to be identical but to each is given an attribute that never has a duplicate. Therefore, this teaches the lesson of humbleness (Melkor could learn from that) that the fragment can never pretend to know the whole truth and the lesson of gratitude to focus on what is valid for the own I AM refracted through our own responsibility and sphere of manifestation. Individuality has value when offered in humble service to a greater harmony within Unity, respecting the hierarchy and the One on top, Eru.
Also, Eru did not want Co-Creators with limited will because this woud make them mere Machine of learnt operations. Instead, he gave them the choice to develop their own understanding and expression, so freedom is important for spiritual growth. First of all, this can prove who is loyal in dire circumstances under true trials and empirical tests. Second of all, free will implies duality which in harmony reflects two dual states of perfection mirroring themselves in perfect symmetry and harmony - as above, so below without the conflict of good vs evil. Just objectiveness reflecting itself perfectly without any discord. But in a broken state, symmetry turns to disonance and creates the subject of good vs evil and all sins or distorted manifestations of divine virtues.
But since Eru Iluvatar is the Deus Ex Machina, or the hand that restores through the Law that lives itself patiently and asymptotically in the mathematica progressions, in the Golden ratio's principle, so all discord and deviation will be restored into empirically forged qualities of perfection lived through the realistic experience of pain.
"No theme may be played that hath not its uttermost source in me."
So even evil serves a larger purpose and ultimate wisdom can transform even disonance into beautiful manifestations of God' plan.
