Narsil "The slaves of Mordor shall flee from me."

Looking for more learned loremasters to help me out here. I am reading Middle-earth from Script to Screen and in a section is says that Aragorn's reforged sword "The slaves of Mordor shall flee from me." Now this book does not distinquish from movie to book so I want to check. Was this written on Aragorn's sword in the books?

It's a nice touch by the movie makers but as far as I know there is no basis for it in the books. We are told there are runes as well as the seven stars, moon and sun on the blade of Anduril (Fellowship of the Ring), but we are not told what the runes say.
