Roverandom should be made into an animated feature

[Silver11/17]

I am currently reading the book (quite a change in level from The Silmarillion, which I just finished reading) and think that it would make a great animated feature. I know that I would've loved it when I was a kid; I mean, what kid doesn't think about going to the moon or under the sea. It is really witty and has very amusing characters. Definitely better material than some of the crap Disney has produced in the past few years.

I've wished for years that Tim Burton would do Roverandom as a film...

Maybe I should read Roverrandom!

What an excellent idea. It's full of magical imagery. With modern animation techniques it could almost look live.
