Should Unpublished Tolkien Material Be Made Available?

In consederation of a lot of 'unpublished' works by Tolkien do you think C.T should get them all together and publish them. (Such as the missing part of 'Appendix D' of Quendi and Eldar which although complex has a interesting idea about Feanor knowing Khuzdul, and Osanwe-Kwenta and River Beacons of Gondor mentioned in the Preface of U.T.

If only for the sake of completeness all works of Tolkien should be published in a series that is readily available.
