I'm sorry if the question has already been answered, I check the threads and saw no subject about it so far...
No, I'm not getting a tatto :p
I'm a Tolkien noob and the other night I thought : hey I really want to write elvish (told you I was a noob) ! So I checked the internet and found some sites about it. The first one was a French PDF (I'm French) so I began to write with it ( http://www.simonrousseau.free.fr/tolkien/teng-fra.pdf )
But when I looked for more informations I found a completely different method here : https://quenya101.com/elvish-course/tengwar-alphabet/ (I think the french one was wrong because it transformed the tengwar system in order to be easier for French transcriptions).
I choose quenya at random :)
There's to many things on the internet that why I wanted to know I there was good books about writing with tengwar.
I found this english/quenya dictionnary ( http://folk.uib.no/hnohf/Quettaparma.pdf ) and I'm practicing writing the quenya words with tengwar but if I make mistakes I'll never now ...
What do you think ? Is the site I use correct ? And what about the dictionnary ? Do you have any book ideas about it?
Thank you !

Yes, Quenya101 is a good site.
The French site contains a mode for French, it's not wrong either but it has an entirely different purpose (a mode is a way to use Tengwar for a certain language).
If the language you want to learn is Quenya then Ardalambion is the best site around even though it could use some updating.
On the councilofelrond.com there is a Quenya course (with the Tengwar included) that is based on Ardalambion but is more up to date.
There are also lots of exercises.

Have fun studying Quenya! It's a very beautiful language.
