Yeah, every political faction in ME, elves in 1st age, almost every Numenor regime and so on, have keeping bunches cases of failed military nationalization for a long time, proved by Noldor's civil wars, Ar-Pharazon coup and so ofrth. The elves have seemed to acheive nationalization of military as their military there've been politically neutral since the 2nd age at last, and about the Numenor regime, Arnor has destroyed due to civil wars greatly, Gondor at last, whose military has been as politically neutral since the Kin-Strife as well.
We've no clue situiation evolution about ME natives's military involvement about politics, yet JRRT mentioned their political situiation was so complicated that they never form a superpower-like nation, thus we may assume their military nationalization sucked(it's another matter any other further proof provided). As a result, it's certain that the Dwarf obviously have been staying politically neutral, absent civil wars, coups, and even mutinies, the best successful nationalization of military. Any thought? I mean, did JRRT have any source mentioning Dwarf's culture have better political and civic proffesion, and...so on.
Any positive proof or source from JRRT or his authorized stuff are welcome to present.
