The Riddle Thread

Rising and falling
In all observed ways that ever augment;
Never to be ceased
Upon the brink of day nor night.

Yet in all absence I am discovered,
Here to be seen beyond your reach,
Until here beyond
You come at last.

Is my riddle too difficult for all of ye?

Doubt thyself not; thou art correct!

Rising and falling (the Tides of Time)
In all observed ways that ever augment; (History of Arda; the Tapestries of Vairë; also refers to the Halls that ever-widen)
Never to be ceased
Upon the brink of day nor night.
(Time ever flows on; it is eternal)

Yet in all absence I am discovered, (in the absence of life when it ends; also a reference to the nature of the "Timeless" Halls of Awaiting)
Here to be seen beyond your reach, (beyond the Sundering Seas)
Until here beyond
You come at last.
(beyond the bounds of life, referring to the fallen souls of Elves and Men)

I really enjoyed that, if it pleases you would you want to again?
If such by thy desire, so be it. Here is my second:

Sweet flower in balm renewed,
Wandering across lands far and wide,
Rejoicing in the joining of twain,
Amidst surreal mystery and secrecy.

Upon many long years thereafter,
Joy became mingled with sorrow,
In melancholy two fled astray and distant,
And left behind merely silence and ruin.
