Were there elves and men who fought in the dagor bragollach among the elves and men who went to and lived in the gondolin before or after the dagor bragollach?

No - the Elves of Gondolin did not come out to fight at Dagor Bragollach - the fourth battle in Beleriand. They did not come out until the fifth battle - and at the conclusion they retreated back to Gondolin.

There were no Men in Gondolin. With very few notable exceptions.
