I'm amazed that it means anything at all. When they can't be bothered to read the Silmarillion to find out how Finrod actually dies, it seems odd that they do emough research to have him speaking recognisable Elvish.
They got their translations from the Elvish Linguistic Fellowship (you might have heard of e. g. Carl Hostetter before ), the group of people who edited and publish Tolkien's notes on his languages. So yes, I dare say it means something.
