I don't quite understand what you mean. But beleg is more adept at shooting arrows than using swords. If beleg can defeat celeborn in swordfight, how did celeborn survive the war of wrath? How did he actively fight in that war for 43 years? I quite doubt that the beleg could have survived that war.
