Why didn't the ring help the 💀Nazgul?

Because it cannot change size when it chooses. As it warms up it increases in size and when it cools it becomes smaller. While this is true for all metal rings due to the other properties of the One Ring, such as the inclusion of Sauron's Ego, this phenomenon is more noticeable.

I guess i misunderstood i thought it changed at its own will that way it can decieve the wearer like get big and fall off somebodys finger when they take a swim in a river lets say

It did not seem always of the same size or weight, it shrank or expanded in an odd way, and might suddenly slip off a finger where it had been tight"

"Yes, he warned me..." said Frodo. "So I have always kept it on its chain"

The Nazgul were driven by the ring. And the One ring would definitely go to them as Sauron's malice lived in it and it would never leave its own master Sauron himself. Thatswhy, it shrank or expanded in a odd way. It had a will of its own such as that of Gurthang, the sword of Turin Tarambar.
