Black speech transcriber?

Hi guys, i'm looking to get "One Anna to Rule Matt" inscribed on the inside of my wedding ring as a bit of a LOTR meme... I understand the script on the one ring is in the black speech but i'm unable to locate anything that can translate for me into the actual black speech script. Does such a thing exist and if so do you know where I could find it?

Hello Matt, very briefly, the script on the One is Elvish, which can be used to write English.

Indeed. What you need is a Tengwar (aka the "Elf Script") transcription (i.e. "changing script") and not a translation (i.e. "changing language").

Tecendil is a mostly reliable transcriber. Here are the orthographic and phonemic transcriptions (with the font that was made to look like the Ring Inscription).
