Here's where we can discuss my RPG campaign/fanfic outline. Do you think there might be another The Hobbit character (or adjecent there to) that might work better than my Gwarin son of Dwalin (a dwarf version of Sam to Thorin III)? Do you think I should revise the timeline so it matches up with the official one better? Or do you think their actions warrant Sauron revising HIS timeline? Who should be the one who helps Éowyn kill the Witch-King? Did you like Glorfindel guiding Merry & Pippin like a Wizard (as he was supposed to come back with the two Blue Wizards)?

I liked giving me action during the War! An early Scouring of the Shire is quite interesting.

The Dwarf OC you have is fine. Stonehelm was cool to include as well.

As for who should help Éowyn, I think it could be someone else in your Fellowship who has a dagger of Westernesse. I didn't see it get mentioned.

The timeline seems fairly reasonable as is.

My only question is where is Morinehtar?

Thank you! I was particularly proud of how the Scouring went down. I had to give Merry and Pippin something.

Well they're with the Hobbits (Sam, Merry, Pippin) so it's kind of up in the air who'd do it as none of them are even at the battle. The rest of the Fellowship (Rómestámo, Grimbeorn, Bard II, Thorin III, Gwarin) are all up in Dale. It leaves a notable gap. The prophecy still stands or I'd have Boromir or Aragorn hop in.

Presumably still back East doing his job. Rómestámo came West to warn everyone that Sauron was mustering his armies and got caught up in the war.

Thank you for your feedback!

Hm. I have fixed my Éowyn problem. With Boromir saving Faramir from Denethor's madness, Gandalf is free to chase the Witch-King around the field of battle. While Gandalf doesn't fight the Witch-King after Théoden's fall, from across the battle-field he does send a blast of his light which "...break(s) the spell that knit [the Witch-King's] unseen sinews to his will" allowing Éowyn to deliver the killing blow.

Yeah... except, it wasn't Eowyn who dealt the killing blow - it was Merry with the blade taken from the Barrow downs that had been especially wrought in the second age, when the leader of the Nazgul was the witch king of Angmar... and the men of Numenor still had some skill...

No, Merry may have broken the spell, but a stab in the back fo the knee isn't deadly. It was Éowyn's stab to the face that killed the Witch-King.

Perhaps we need, or should find, a thread on 'who killed the Witch-king' to discuss it. There is significant argument about it, with advocates on both sides, even based on Tolkien's words.
I'll dig around and see if we already have such a thread. It's another fun subject, but likely not for this thread. (So I'll restrain myself from comment here.)
