Hi,
I was just wondering if the tengwar is correct in the attached picture, for the riddle of the strider. I was also wondering if I could just take the second verse, and it would still make linguistic sense. Thankyou.

There isn't much linguistics about which to be worried here. As you may be aware, Tengwar is just the Elvish script, not a language. And your attached image has "English+Tengwar" rather than "Quenya/Sindarin(/Elvish-languages)+Tengwar". So the second part simply reads what the original English poem says, "From the ashes..." etc.

So if I just took the second verse, directly as is It would be correct? In elvish? I don’t really understand your reply.

In other words, the verse is a transliteration, using Tengwar characters, of English words, not a translation. It's as if you wrote the same verses using Cyrillic script -- it would still be English, not a translation into Russian language.

Ah, I was looking for a translation into sindarin.

Could you provide me with a proper elvish + Tengwar translation of the second verse? I’d really like to make a print of it
