Why did Galadriel give her hair to Gimli but not to Feanor? Basically, she rejected the greatest elf that ever lived, who in turn was responsible for all the fiascos in the first age, for a dwarf who wasn’t even royalty.

Well, to start with, there were about 7,000 Years of the Sun plus a never finalized period of the Years of the Trees between the two events.
Then the greatest Elf of all time was Lúthien - OK, the first of the Half-Elven, if you want to be picky ... the other half was Maia, in case you missed it ... 😖
Sent both Carcharoth and Morgoth himself beddy-bye (and Sauron avoids the topic in interviews, too).
Fëanor was the greatest craftsman of the Elves, but as a narcissistic nihilistic megalomaniac only Morgoth tops him (Sauron is a light-years distant third in this category). And Galadriel was unmatched in recognizing traits in others (a category where Fëanor registered a flat Zero), so she rightly told uncle to take a hike.
And maybe, just maybe, as she knew about the Halls of Mandos, a small reason for her giving Gimli three tresses of her hair (would have been one each for every Silmaril, and Gimli had only asked for one) was a not-so-nice imagination of uncle going supernova when this news reached him. 😁

Why does Gandalf didn't tell exactly where hes going to Aragorn, Théoden, and the others after Pippin had taken a look into the Palantir? He tells he needed to leave, but where's it's implicitly said that he's going to Minas Tirith?

The content of the question aside, I usually give really bad grammar a pass because not a few folks speak/write English as a self taught second language.
I'm on another forum where a member is from Denmark, and it's obvious he never had ESL classes or any formal lessons in English.
He writes it somewhat phonetically. But it's still understandable.
It takes a lot of bravery to do that, to attempt using another language purely by imitation and sounds, especially in a public place like a forum.
I have nothing but admiration for those folks.

But if the person, you know, writes umm like, you know a valley girl, well then I will, like, condemn that person to, like, Dante's lowest circle of hell, you know.
