The correct spelling for Arda and Eä

Hello, everybody!

I'm a new member and I'm hoping I'm creating this thread correctly. I would love to get a symbol tattooed on my upper back for either Arda or Eä, but I'm a little confused. The 26th letter of the tengwar alphabet is called "Arda", but can it be used to refer to Arda (Earth) itself? Or does Arda (Earth) have to be spelled out? I've seen it spelled both ways and I'm not sure which one would be more accurate.
My other question would be how to spell Eä in quenya. I'm not sure how the dots on the ä would translate, given that the vocal "a" in Elvish already has dots above it.

Hopefully you can understand what I'm talking about. Thank you in advance to everyone who will read this!

Hi. Don't worry about the two dots in Eä . . . this distinction is for Roman transcriptions (and is not really necessary even in Roman transcriptions), and is not found in Elvish writing.

And I'm no expert but . . .

. . . since one can write calma (also the name of a tengwa) "lamp" as clm, I see no reason why you can't (if you want to) write arda as rd . . . thus with one tengwa . . . the one called arda "region" (Appendix E)!

In other words, even with one tengwa, it is being spelled out in any case (in the same sense as clm) 🐾
