I a not really sure what the posts are supposed to representing. That could be like the rim of His eye. As for the electricity, am pretty sure that it is really lighting or maybe some form of magic fire created by fire. Electricity is also shown in the TT game. On the level right after Fangorn Forrest, where gandalf comes into the courtyard and stabs his staff into the ground, electricity waves come out. I thought that Electricity was not invented unti the ealy 1900's. What's up with this picture?
