One year, I told my mom and brother to do as obnoxious a Happy Birthday song for me as they could. So my mom got out her old recorder, and my brother got a harmonica-- which was not in the same key as the recorder-- and they played this awful out of tune rendition of it. I was too busy laughing to feel any of the usual feelings of embarrassment!
