True story, happened in Wales on 6 June 2026.

Leon Gillespie, a 26-year-old man from Deganwy, climbed onto the roof of Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital in Bodelwyddan, North Wales. Clad in a full-length black hooded robe and holding what appeared to be a bladed scythe, he spent about 50 minutes pacing the roof and staring down at patients, visitors, and medical staff below.

North Wales Police and fire crews responded to the scene and arrested him. In early August 2026, Gillespie pleaded guilty in court to causing a nuisance on NHS property and was fined £200 plus court costs
