Ooh I didn't know it! Still does not explain the one where he looks like Beorn.

Amon Ereb

'Between Ramdal and Gelion there stood a single hill of great extent and gentle slopes, but seeming mightier than it was, for it stood alone; and that hill was named Amon Ereb. Upon Amon Ereb died Denethor, lord of the Nandor that dwelt in Ossiriand, who marched to the aid of Thingol against Morgoth in those days when the Orcs first came down in force, and broke the starlit peace of Beleriand; and upon that hill Maedhros dwelt after the great defeat.'
- JRR Tolkien: The Silmarillion: Chapter 14: Of Beleriand and its Realms

Young Warrior (Húrin)

He is shown here a couple of years after his return from Gondolin, before he had married Morwen or taken up the lordship of Dor-lómin and the House of Hador at the death of his father. It could be around FA 460, which would make him some twenty years old – not yet come to full manhood, but already a fighter hardened by many battles. He leans on his trusty axe and wears a fine coat of dwarf-mail.

No Darkness Will Endure

‘No,’ said Faramir, looking into her face. ‘It was but a picture in the mind. I do not know what is happening. The reason of my waking mind tells me that great evil has befallen and we stand at the end of days. But my heart says nay; and all my limbs are light, and a hope and joy are come to me that no reason can deny. Éowyn, Éowyn, White Lady of Rohan, in this hour I do not believe that any darkness will endure!’ And he stooped and kissed her brow.

With all these coherent portraits of male elves, you have to ask yourself why it is so difficult to find credible and faithful elven actors in film or series adaptations. First of all, of course, it's about charisma and the right cast, but a lot could also be achieved with make-up and costumes.
I think many amateur cosplayers can do better than what is shown to us in movies and series.

I completely agree. I've seen so many random pictures of actors, models, and even dudes in metal bands that I think would look great as Elves. I don't even think it would be that hard to do. Like I'm not sure what movie or show this guy is actually from, but I think this would have been an infinitely preferable Celebrimbor than how he looked in RoP.
