Very unsettling scene.

But all i could translate from looking it up online is this

English
"
Isengard descend

All hurl him

Our lord of Ruin

King Sauron Leads in Mordor

(Repeat)

Isengard descend

All hurl him

Our lord of ruin

King Sauron Leads and rule all in Mordor
"

Black speech
"
Isengard zaabr

uluk flak ta

izubu goth ob shakatrog

king sauron lapus ishi mordor

(repeat)

isengard zaabr

uluk flak ta

izubu goth ob shakatrog

king sauron lapus agh durb uluk ishi mordor

That could very well be on scene where, at least acoustically, PJ topped Bakshi. If I remember the EE correctly, PJ went into a stadium and at some "intermission" point got the audience of some thousands to do a haka. That's a New Zealand Maori war dance (apparently with several variations) performed by NZ's fearsome Rugby Union national team before the start of a game. Some of the big Orc / Uruk-hai bruisers were Rugby-sized Maori, especially Lawrence Makoare, who played Lurtz in the "Fellowship" film, as well as other roles in that trilogy and the TH follow-up - and in other films and TV series including "Xena".
