No because Sauron couldn't control them:

For the Dwarves had proved untameable by this means. They will not become dwarf nazguls.Firstly Sauron gave them 7 rings hoping that he could control them.However dwarves don't really want power they just want gold.Like how thorin was.So unlike man,they weren't corrupted because man has a lust for power.A lust for power is needed to control the ring bearers.What happened was the dwarves became so greedy for gold that they mined so deep into the mountains.Then the worms came like smaug etc.Wiping out some dwarf cities so there.
