I'm very much interested in the many different languages of Middle Earth, especially Elvish and Black Speech. Unfortunately, I have trouble finding a translator.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can find out more about these? I'd like to learn the languages, if possible.

I wated to inquire to what extent are the languages developed? Just how rich is the vocabulary Tolkien created ? Is it possible to communicate entirely in these languages, if you learn them?

Yes and no. Mostly no. I had addressed some of the intricacies here. It all depends on certain conditions. A few basic examples: Can we talk about weather without any issues? Rather easily. Can we talk about kitchen stuff and ingredients? Not even close. Can we talk about technology? Technically no, but if one agrees on the neologisms to be used for things like "computer" and "telephone", then maybe. And so on.
