[krash8765]

can anyone name all the men, elves, and dwarves at the council? Im curious who was there and was wondering if anyone knew

[Mablung]

Aragorn Bilbo Baggins Boromir Elrond Half-elven Erestor Frodo Baggins Galdor Gandalf Gimli Glóin Glorfindel Legolas

Those are all the named people.

[Aglarthalion]

Mablung is correct. There were also other members of the Council present, who were colleagues of Elrond.

[Gil-Galad]

What about Elrond's sons.As can remember they were at the council too.

[Courtney]

Were Elronds sons there? Or were they still travelling? I can't remember... I should, I just finished the fellowship...

[Gil-Galad]

I remember that we talked about the movie version of The Council of Elrond and somebody says that the elf with dark hair should be Elrond's sons. But that's just the movie version.

[ILLOTRTM]

I beleive she's right. I just did a scan of the Council of Elrond chapter and I don't beleive they were there. However, I didn't look too closely, so I can't say for sure.

[Lantarion]

No, I'm pretty sure that Elladan and Elrohir came back from their scouting travels after the Council was already over; when they were all piling into the Hall of Fire, I believe.
"Many Elven lords" or something, that's all I can recall for you apart from the already mentioned.
