When TheodenKing of Rohan is lamenting and desparing over the losses in the middle of the Men-Uruk Battle in TTT [movie] and Aragorn persuades him to ride out and fight the Orcs on his horse, Theoden yells "Forth Eorlingas!" before charging out to fight the Uruk-Hai. What does that mean?
Éorlingas is the name of the Men or Rohans Army, Éorl is the name of the first king of Rohan, and all his people are called Eorlingas (i believe).
"Forth Éorlingas" is just said as in "charge". Thats all.
just adding that "Forth" means roughly the same as "forward", if it makes it any clearer to you , and Eorlingas is like "people of Eorl". So it was a battlecry meant to lift up the people's hearts
