Last alliance naval warfare and conflicts

[Hisoka Morrow]

Not all Dark Numenorean Nval forces were transffered into Aman Expedition, right? So...JRRT mentioned nothing about these armed forces, whether joining the Last Alliance War or not. I knew that it's only Elves or Numenorean got naval military powers, so Dark Numenorean Nval forces must have taken a role to do launch any military operation to be the military naval rival against the Free People, yet nothing of naval conflicts wer mentioned in Last Alliance, seriously. Any thougth?
