A hastily drawn realistic portrait of Celegorm, inspired by Jensen Ackles. I've recently started seeing him as an inspiration for drawing Celegorm. His naturally mischievous face has been reminding me of Celegorm eversince I watched Supernatural. If he had been younger, I'd definitely vote for him to be casted as Celegorm if we were to have a live action series of Silmarillion.

Ya know, this art style you've been experimenting with reminded me of something, and I think I figured it out. It reminds me a lot of the old Winnie-the-Pooh books! It's a very charming art style.

I think that's probably what I was reminded of too! I didn't really watch the old animations all that much, which is why I didn't figure out.

I have nothing but good things to say about this. I like the huge tree trunk and branches: they way they have 'grown' looks very realistic to me. I like the effect of having fainter leaves further back and darker leaves 'nearer' to us. It really gives a sense of airy space, and of sunlight shining through the gaps in the leafy branches.
Tiny Finno is so adorable. I like his little sleeping pose and his expression. He looks smiley and somewhat cheeky even when asleep, lol. Dozing without a care in the world. ☺️
