This is an interesting article examining Fëanor's speech in Tirion after the death of the Trees, and the Oath he took there. It doesn't only look at the published Silmarillion, but other writings by Tolkien where Fëanor's story is told.

Here is something brought up in the article I'd never fully considered before. According to the author, 'unto the end of days' means that the Oath can never truly be fulfilled, and it will awaken again if the Silmarils are stolen again. 🤔

It's the final article in a series of 4, looking at the character of Fëanor. The others can be found here, if you want to read those too: https://reactormag.com/tag/people-of-middle-earth/?sort=newest&currentPage=2

What do you think of this article in general, and what do you think about its analysis of the Oath of Fëanor?

Very good article.
I like the way the author links the Oath and the One Ring - they both pursue/possess the Oathbreaker/Ringbearer.
It's almost as if the terrible power of the Oath makes it a living thing, as the Ring is.
