Yes, but given our legal system, this one will just follow the pattern of others... if anyone was injured they'd just sue the manufacturer for not putting a label on the gun saying "do not store in ovens" and the seller for selling it without one. And sadly, they'd win (in America.)

Don't get me started on this... I've a VERY LONG list of idiotic but successful lawsuits judged by idiotic and meaningless judges netting countless hundreds of thousands for the suers and paving the way for other fools to triumph, stemming from just such idiotic activites as this one.
