Paul Atreides would definitely be beaten by the ring in the end. The whole story of Dune is about him succumbing to power.

But I do think Luke would have been able to resist it. After all, he's offered power by Darth Vader and the Emperor, but doesn't take it. He throws his lightsaber away when he most needs it in Return of the Jedi. Seems like he could probably do the same with the Ring.

(I know the entire poll is meant to be a joke with Winnie the Pooh being in there. It just got me thinking.)
