What are you watching?

I'm rewatching all the Harry potter movies rn. J had little appreciation for them when I was younger but now I realize they were done pretty well. But they definitely got better as they went on or the first two weren't very good. But alp the adult actors were literal gold. As for the child actors, I can't say the same. Also the child actors r big brats sooo
But they genuinely weren't very good actors. But all the adult actors were amazing so I give my Thanos to then.
But yeah, I think imma watch Chicago then breakfast at Tiffany's. Then Deadpool and Wolverine.

Oh my goodness! A very beloved movie I have seen numerous times. I wish I could remember my first time watch, but I know I was elementary school age. ☺️

I want to hear all your thoughts on it when you're finished!!! 🥰

I was also elementary school age the first time I saw it....except I saw the original premier theatre release 😄

I just finished it, and it's probably one of the most beautiful movies I've seen! I enjoyed it very much and now have the song that played in the last scene when they entered Switzerland stuck in my head. Actually, I think that was my favorite scene. My family being from there makes it even more mesmerizing to me; Switzerland is a beautiful country, and so is Austria. I enjoyed it very much and have a lot of thoughts on it. "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria" is likely going to be stuck in my head for the next three days 🤣

Great, now it's in my head too. 😂

I watched The Forge (2024). It was recommended to me a long while ago, but I'd never gotten around to watching it until now (the DVD was sitting on my cluttered desk for such a long time 😅). And I enjoyed it! It felt like just the right time for me to see it, actually. It definitely spoke to me.

I did not know the Kendrick Brothers made a new movie! 😲 I will have to watch it in the hopefully near future. I'm excited. It looks like some of the main cast from Warroom returned. 😄

So i just watched Devil Wears Prada. I loved it. Great movie. Anne Hathaways casting was so good. I like enjoyed it so much.

Then I watched Edge of Tomorrow. Rlly fun movie. Acting was sooo great.

Watched Into the Spider-verse. I criticized it for ifs stupid jokes all the time and how nothing was serious then I had to remember it was for children soo. But also the lesson of the story was stupid and retarded. "Anyone can wear the mask. Everyone can be Spider-Man". Retarded, it should've been that anyone can wear the mask but not everyone can be Spider-Man.

Just watched first mission impossible. It was pretty good.

I watched some of the new Percy Jackson show cuz when I was younger I read the books. When I tell it tucked, I MEAN IT SUCKED. Grovers casting was the only good casting. Annabeth, Luke, and Clarices castings were diabolical. The acting was so fake and none of the characters embodied their character. Annabeth was a jerk girl boss, Percy was an insolent brat, and literally everyone sucked. And the dialogue. 98% of the episodes were talking. And I was literally laughing so hard in one scene. Percy was like, "listen guys the prophecy said I would be betrayed by one who calls u a friend so I'm paranoid and experiencing trust issues rn". Then Annabelle said "actually i was thinking of handing u over to the villainso we can contjnue without u". Like the timing couldn't have been any worse. And they they continued talking like this was helping them. And don't get me started with the CGI...

I'm gonna watch the matrix tmrw.

Also i need movie recommendations, I'm not feeling like rlly old movies, but just like amazing movies that are must watches.

One of my favorites as well. I also read Maria's memoir from 1949, it was an excellent book. Obviously her life was a bit different from the movie but worth the read.
