Who do you think is the character that killed the most elves in the wars of beleriand and first age?

Orcs probably killed most elves, and if you are looking for single being, then I'd say probably Glauring.

I think there's something you forgot. Morgoth never leaves his castle angband in all wars. So he doesn't single kill elves. He only comes out to duel with fingolfin. If your answer to the question is glaurung, please take a poll by voting. Thank you.

I would also say Glaurung, but I wonder if this is meant to be taken literally as they themselves directly killed elves, or if it could be construed as caused the most deaths of elves. If it could be taken more loosely I would say perhaps Sauron because he was Morgoth's main servant and served to move many of the attacks against the elves in Beleriand.

*Also if taken this way, the answer could be Feanor since he caused them to go to Beleriand in the first place lol

He killed Finwe, and probably all that were in the fortress at that moment.
And who knows how many imprisoned elves, for fun.

I also feel like Sauron was involved very much in that. Being his greatest lieutenant, it would not surprise me. That's why I picked Sauron.

I know it's not one of the choices, but I vote for Tolkien. He was quite a character. And he killed them all.
